I will educate you on a diet that can promote healthy growth, better sleep and optimal developmental milestones. Building children’s self-esteem by using yoga and meditation has the ability to enhance empathy and understanding. It is a stress releasing activity. Children will gain peace-building skills and become much more adept at handling conflict in calm expected ways.
