Jess, the founder of Social & Kind, is passionate about making the world a safer and friendlier place for each child and family. Jess has over 20 years of experience working with children and families with a variety of challenges. She specializes in working with children with many different developmental disorders including Autism. She has worked in many settings including homes, clinics, early intervention programs and schools. She works with all age children, as early as 1 yrs.old-18 yrs. old. Her powerful ability to connect to children led to her creation of a unique individualized child and family program utilizing her education and training as well as her positivity, compassion and creativity.

Parent’s often see her in the park, riding bikes, practicing yoga, playing a game, doing homework, drinking a smoothie, reading a story at the library or at the beach engaging in play. She is providing empathy, support, boundaries and guidance. She often is the teacher, who other teachers learn from. The therapist that other therapists watch how she connects with children. The inspirer that parents receive hope from. The big kid that delights in finding joyful moments with every child.
